Bookings are highly recommended to avoid disappointment! With limited sessions available each day, spaces fill up quickly. All bookings can be made online.

Yes, we are open every public holiday except Christmas Day. Hours may vary.
Check in is 15-mins prior to your booking time. We recommend all players have their electronic waiver forms completed prior to arrival, and that you park at the Purple Carpark to help us keep your session on time. While we do our best to keep everyone on time, late arrivals will be moved to the next available session.
It takes approx. 45minutes – 1.5 hrs to complete 1 circuit. This is based on the difficulty of the courses, busyness of the park and skill level of the climbers.
If you know that you’re running late for your session, please call us on 07 5306 1202 to inform our crew.
We recommend that you aim to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your session, as the time missed will be taken off your climbing time.
We may be able to move you into the next or a later session in the day, however this is only possible based on availability and cannot be guaranteed.
We know that a lot of things can happen and we will do our best to accommodate you! Cancellations made outside 10 days of the session, will receive a full refund or free reschedule, including group booking deposits.
Cancellations made between 2-10 days from the session, will be entitled to a 50% refund or incur a 20% reschedule fee. Cancellations made within 0-2 days, including no shows, will forfeit the entire booking with no refunding or rescheduling available. Please visit our Terms and Conditions for more information.
We have a weight limit of 120 kg per person.
No, we do not have height restrictions, but we do recommend participants to be at least 1 meter tall.
Yes, all circuit players are required to have an electronic waiver form filled prior to participating. There is no waiver form required for those accessing the Viewing Deck. Pre-bookings will be emailed a link to a waiver form that we recommend forwarding to your crew and filling out prior to arrival. Players aged 17 Years and Under will require a parent to sign their waiver.
We do provide gloves, but you are welcome to bring your own! For the Viewing Deck, we recommend appropriate sun protective clothing, such as a hat or a long sleeve top.
Yes, we require all participants to have fully enclosed secure shoes, like sneakers or trainers. Shoes that can easily slip off like adventure sandals or ballet flats are not permitted.
We are an all-weather activity, with rain just being an added challenge to your experience! We recommend bringing wet weather gear. We will only close due to thunderstorms or strong winds. If the park is required to close, we will contact you prior to your arrival.
Most definitely! Spectators are free of charge and are welcome to join the adventure by walking along the esplanade and walkways beneath the circuits. Tickets are only required for those climbing the circuits/courses.
Yes! We allow cameras with lanyards that can be securely fastened to you. Phone cases are available for purchase at check-in!
For Circuit ticket holders, all loose items must be removed from pockets. All Jewellery must also be removed. Lockers are available to Circuit ticket holders to secure small personal items. We recommend locking bulkier items back in your car!
Gift vouchers can be purchased via the Next Level website and can be redeemed via our website as well. You will be prompted to enter your unique code during payment.
Yes. Supervisors for 6-12 year olds are required to purchase an adult ticket.

If you’re not sure if you have enough adults to supervise your kids, you can hire one of our instructors to climb around with your crew.
*Instructor Hire must be booked minimum 7 days in advance and is subject to availability.
We require all participants to sign a waiver each time they climb.
You are more than welcome to party with us! Groups of all sizes can book 2 hr or Unlocked Sessions!
Groups with 10 or more players will receive our 10% group discount when booking online.
Not just yet, but with the convenience of being located within the Sunshine Plaza, there are a wide range of restaurants and dining options available. Picnic tables are located on our Viewing Deck, so book a ticket and refuel your crew while enjoying the view, 22m above Maroochydore.
Yes! Next Level is suitable for people with some physical, intellectual and sensory disabilities. Next Level does require participants to be independently mobile without physical assistance or aids. People who are over the age 15 and have a reduced mental capacity below that age must be supervised by an adult all times. Please speak to our friendly crew prior to booking, so we can make sure you fully enjoy your experience.
We do our best to help everyone climb at Next Level. To participate you need to have an average to moderate level of fitness, and the ability to climb independently (under your own ability).
For this reason, Companion Cards are not accepted at Next Level.
The high ropes courses and ziplines can be physically demanding. Our Safety rules require only one person per activity. Due to the nature of the activity or the length of the zipline, there may be occurrences where the companion or carer may be anywhere from 50m – 100m away from the person in their care and would not be able to physically assist them.
For high ropes courses, companions and carers are able to supervise and verbally assist from the ground, free of charge.
For participants who do require assistance on the course, our instructors are well equipped to assist, or a hired instructor can be arranged for a more personalised service (at an additional fee).

Due to the nature of our activities, all guests are advised to seek medical advice if in doubt of their capabilities to participate, especially in the case of pre-existing medical condition. Please note, pregnant women are unable to participate.
Our high ropes courses can be physically challenging, and we recommend participation by individuals with an average to moderate level of fitness. All other activities are more suitable for individuals with an average fitness levels, who are able to walk up and down a flight of stairs unassisted.
Yes, you are able to book onsite, however we do recommend booking online to secure your spot.
If you wish to book onsite at our ticket desk, please note there is a $5 admin fee per ticket which will be applied to your booking.
Please note there is limited availability per session, and you will be placed in the next available session.
Free parking is available for attendees who spend over $150 at the Plaza. Simply show your confirmation email and receipts to the Sunshine Plaza Information Desk to validate your parking ticket.
We recommend parking on Purple Carpark or the Carpark on Southern Drive opposite Good Guys Loading Dock.

COVID-19 POLICY:
All Guests must adhere to Next Level Park – Sunshine Coast (NLP)’s COVID-19 Policy, which is written in accordance with the State Public Health Orders. I acknowledge and agree that photographs, videos and electronic images may be taken and owned by Trees Sunshine and that Trees Sunshine
may use the photographs for promotional purposes. Verbal consent will be requested prior to images being captured by Trees Sunshine.
RECREATIONAL SERVICES
For recreational services or activities provided throughout Australia:
For recreational services to which the Australian Consumer Law (Commonwealth) applies:
By signing this form, I agree that the liability of Trees Sunshine and any related business in
relation to recreational services (as that term is defined in the Competition and Consumer
Act 2010 (Cth) and the Australian Consumer Law) for any:
a. death;
b. physical or mental injury (including the aggravation, acceleration or recurrence of such an
injury);
c. the contraction, aggravation or acceleration of a disease;
d. the coming into existence, the aggravation, acceleration or recurrence of any other
condition, circumstance, occurrence, activity, form of behaviour, course of conduct or state
of affairs:
e. that is or may be harmful or disadvantageous to me or the community;
f. that may result in harm or disadvantage to me or the community, that may be suffered by

supply of recreational services or recreational activities; is excluded and the application of

a consumer of recreational services, as defined by any relevant law, certain terms and rights
usually implied into a contract for the supply of goods or services may be excluded. I
acknowledge that these implied terms and rights and any liability of Trees Sunshine and any
related business flowing from them, are expressly excluded to the extent possible by law, by
this membership application form and declaration. To the extent of any liability arising, the
liability of Trees Sunshine and any related business will, at the discretion of Trees Sunshine
and any related business, be limited in the case of goods, to the replacement, repair or
payment of the cost of replacing the goods and in the case of services, the resupply of the
services or payment of the cost of having the services supplied again. For the avoidance of
doubt, this exclusion does not exclude liability for recklessness as defined by any relevant
