Do I need a waiver form?

Yes, all circuit players are required to have an electronic waiver form filled prior to participating. There is no waiver form required for those accessing the Viewing Deck. Pre-bookings will be emailed a link to a waiver form that we recommend forwarding to your crew and filling out prior to arrival. Players aged 17 Years and Under will require a parent to sign their waiver.

What should we wear?
Circuit climbers are required to wear enclosed shoes, such as sneakers. We recommend weather appropriate clothing, suitable for both the harness and physical activity. We do not recommend crop-tops and shorts that can ride up when worn with the harness.

We do provide gloves, but you are welcome to bring your own! For the Viewing Deck, we recommend appropriate sun protective clothing, such as a hat or a long sleeve top.

Do I need enclosed shoes?

Yes, we require all participants to have fully enclosed secure shoes, like sneakers or trainers. Shoes that can easily slip off like adventure sandals or ballet flats are not permitted.

What if it rains?

We are an all-weather activity, with rain just being an added challenge to your experience! We recommend bringing wet weather gear. We will only close due to thunderstorms or strong winds. If the park is required to close, we will contact you prior to your arrival.

Is this activity suitable for people with disabilities?

Yes! Next Level is suitable for people with some physical, intellectual and sensory disabilities. Next Level does require participants to be independently mobile without physical assistance or aids. People who are over the age 15 and have a reduced mental capacity below that age must be supervised by an adult all times. Please speak to our friendly crew prior to booking, so we can make sure you fully enjoy your experience.

Do you accept companion cards?

We do our best to help everyone climb at Next Level. To participate you need to have an average to moderate level of fitness, and the ability to climb independently (under your own ability).

For this reason, Companion Cards are not accepted at Next Level.

The high ropes courses and ziplines can be physically demanding. Our Safety rules require only one person per activity. Due to the nature of the activity or the length of the zipline, there may be occurrences where the companion or carer may be anywhere from 50m – 100m away from the person in their care and would not be able to physically assist them.

For high ropes courses, companions and carers are able to supervise and verbally assist from the ground, free of charge.

For participants who do require assistance on the course, our instructors are well equipped to assist, or a hired instructor can be arranged for a more personalised service (at an additional fee).

If you have any questions, concerns, or anything you need to discuss, please don’t hesitate to get in contact with us on 1300 432 001 to avoid disappointment on the day.

What if I have a medical condition or am pregnant?

Due to the nature of our activities, all guests are advised to seek medical advice if in doubt of their capabilities to participate, especially in the case of pre-existing medical condition. Please note, pregnant women are unable to participate.

Our high ropes courses can be physically challenging, and we recommend participation by individuals with an average to moderate level of fitness. All other activities are more suitable for individuals with an average fitness levels, who are able to walk up and down a flight of stairs unassisted.

Can I just walk-up and book on the day?
